Structured Ethical Frameworks

When the decision
cannot wait for clarity,
bring a framework.

Two evidence-based tools for the most consequential ethical decisions in obstetric practice. Each applies a structured eight-condition framework. Each generates a documented, defensible assessment.

01
Patient Refusal

Cesarean on Maternal Request — Ethical Framework

Applies an eight-condition professional responsibility framework to CDMR cases.
